Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

Requirement:

They require Senior Managers to be part of their Digital Business Transformation Consulting Practice focus on Digital Solutions and Transformation Strategy. The Senior Manager is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including maintaining and growing client relationships and directing consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. The Senior Manager is well versed in digital business transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Senior Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities at existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with current clients. A Senior Manager must possess strong management skills, and significantly contribute to sales opportunities and delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Essential:

• Viewed as an expert in Digital Transformation.
• Viewed as an expert in Finance systems i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
• Solid understanding of HR and IT processes
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and/or Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Good knowledge of broader business systems best of breed solutions.
• Change management experience.
• Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends.
• Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle.
• Directing and Leading Digital consulting project teams from planning through to execution.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Digital Business Transformation and relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

1. Help grow and develop the Digital Business Transformation Practice.
2. Creating a clear Digital vision and a Pragmatic Transformation Strategy.
3. Implementing Digital solutions and Digital Service Delivery Model

Key Skills\Knowledge:

Global \Enterprise Digital Business Transformation working with clients large scale digital business solutions at C suite level.

Viewed as a subject matter expert in Digital Business Transformation and Financial Systems.

Experience required:

Min. 8 years in major Digital Business Transformation including 10 years in selling and delivery consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
