Consulting practice focuses on 5 key areas including Organizational Design, Process Optimization, Finance Systems Advisory, Compliance & Assurance and Accounting Advisory Services.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the Head of Consulting, Europe.  The personnel will work closely with the Head of Consulting, Europe to support the growth of the practice across Banking & Capital Markets vertical. The personnel will be responsible to help manage, lead and execute transformation engagements across finance, operations and technology and also support developing new service offerings and value propositions, including providing thought leadership on proposals and RFP’s.

Engagement Management – Leading projects across finance, operations and technology space in deadline oriented environments.

Project Delivery – Ownership and support of deliverable as mandated by project requirements. Execution of engagement tasks independently or in a team setting, and delivering to high quality standards.

Practice Development – Supporting and contributing to various internal practice initiatives (training, recruitment, business development, creation of presentation collateral etc)

Account Management – Lead key account relationship(s) in retaining existing business and work towards achieving target based revenue through new business

 

Candidate Profile:

12 – 15 years of advisory/consulting experience across risk, compliance, finance/product control, operations and technology related transformation (re-engineering, process improvement, automation) engagements, of which at least 5-7 year’s experience (within last 10 years) is within the Banking Capital Markets domain Investment Banking.

Experience of working on Banking Capital Markets practice in domains such as Investment Banking, Trading, Risk, Operations, Asset Management, Product Control, etc.

High level of self-confidence and strong people skills
Excellent presentation and written communication skills
Experience in Investment Banking environment is essential
Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
