002221 Client Partner – AI / Digital Transformation – InsurTech required in the UK Salary Negotiable

Our client is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation in the fast-growing tech segments of intelligent process automation. They are expanding their business due to client demand within the Insurance sector with a strategic Client Partner to be part of their leadership team. They are excited about helping their customers leverage data and laying the foundation for the actual, practical implementation of machine learning.
They are a leading provider of intelligent automation solutions that enables rapid return on process automation. Their experienced team brings a blend of delivery, engineering and managed service capabilities to drive business change and deliver value for their customers. They work closely with their customer and use an agile framework to deliver high-quality results at pace.

Requirement:

The Client Partner is responsible for full-cycle from targeting strategy through sales, the overseeing of delivery and ongoing account management. The Client Partner will have P&L responsibility for the Insurance Industry.

Leading a small team and working with virtual team members the Client Partner will be focussed on the insurance sector; with the support of the organisation you will build out this most strategically important industry group. The plan is to grow the business over the next few years and position the organisation as a best practice service provider to the insurance sector.
The successful candidate will have experience selling and leading digital transformation programs in Insurance or Financial Services.

Essential:

  • Effectively manage all aspects of the Client Service Cycle – Pre-proposal, proposal, initiation, delivery, close.
  • Experience assessing, re-designing and implementing BPM, RPA processes;
  • Good understanding of challenges faced by the Insurance sector involving digital / AI transformation.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices and process flows in BPM & RPA processes;
  • Solid experience of software and an understanding of tools (i.e. Appian, Blue Prism, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Supports team in maximizing performance.
  • Support the execute on defined development plan to achieve personal development goals (i.e. skills development, capability
    expansion; business development; solution framing and positioning; project sizing and planning; project
    management; client relationship management.)
  • Regularly deepens knowledge and skills speciality in delivery areas.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Help grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Digital Transformation and relationship building.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Owning the process, including RFP responses, presentations, preparation of proposals and contract negotiation.
• Building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including industry account executives at BPM, RPA software companies, and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Acting as the customer advocate on projects ensuring alignment to the customers’ priorities/business case.
• Defining and managing a business plan aligned with corporate strategy and capability.

Key Skills\Knowledge:

Insurance sector and clients large scale AI / digital transformation at C suite level.

Viewed as a subject matter expert in areas such as (Digital, AI) Transformation at expert level

Experience required:

• Minimum 8 years in delivery and sales of services projects in digital transformation and/or intelligent automation.
• You are a highly driven, self-starter with a track record of establishing deep and lasting client relationships.
• You have a strong consulting skillset, are able to frame, structure and quality control a project, and to negotiate and close deals.
• You have expertise in the Insurance or Financial Services sectors.
