They require Senior Consultants to be part of their Transformation Consulting Practice focus on Financial Transformation. The Transformation Senior Consultant is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including maintaining and growing client relationships and directing consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. The Senior Consultant is well versed in financial transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Senior Consultant should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities at existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with current clients. A Senior Consultant must possess leadership skills, and significantly contribute to opportunities and delivery of transformation initiatives.

Help grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Financial Transformation and relationship building.
Key responsibilities:
Key Skills\Knowledge:
Financial Transformation, Shared Service sector and clients Large scale financial transformation at C suite level.
Viewed as a subject matter expert in Financial Transformation and knowldege of associate areas such as (HR, business, IT) Transformation at expert level
Experience required:
Min. 3 years in major Financial Transformation and probably focused around Shared Service or Outsourcing projects in the DACH region; including 5 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
