About This Role:

A C2C Senior Advisor (Senior Manager level) is responsible for providing expert guidance to C2C process owners in member organizations, managing existing client relationships, contributing to practice growth and delivering compelling insight that makes our member’s long-term clients.

  • Provide Expert Guidance: Be a trusted C2C advisor, able to coach C2C leaders and their direct reports on critical issues related to organisation design, best practice adoption, scorecard development and performance improvement.
  • Business Development: Responsible for client retention of an assigned client portfolio in collaboration with account management.
  • Develop Thought-Leadership: Collaborate within the global C2C Advisory practice to support the production of novel insight, support the creation of rigorous analysis of research, deliver engaging oral and written presentations
  • Community Building: Support the development and maintenance of a network of clients to exchange best practices in membership events. Participate in in-person and virtual member events.

Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant areas
  • 5-10 years of consulting experience in the following areas: Order entry, Billing, Credit, Dispute Management, Cash application, Collections
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand business issues and deliver client advice
  • Analytical skills to identify industry trends and support the development of compelling, data-driven research insights
  • Ability to collaborate in teams within a global, diverse organisation.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Other European languages (s) German or French desirable
