Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

About This Role:

A senior HR Advisor (Senior Director level) is responsible for the European HR Advisory practice and as such is accountable for the growth and retention of the client base as well as providing expert guidance to CHRO and HR transformation leaders in member organizations, managing existing client relationships, and developing compelling insight that makes our member’s long-term clients.

  • Business Development: Responsible for both client retention of an assigned client portfolio and growth through new client acquisition in collaboration with account management and field salesforce
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Be a trusted HR advisor, able to coach HR leaders and their direct reports on critical issues related to HR strategy, organisation design, best practice adoption, scorecard development and performance improvement.
  • Develop Thought-Leadership: Collaborate within the global HR Advisory practice to produce novel insight, support the creation of rigorous analysis of research, create and deliver engaging oral and written presentations
  • Community Building: Build and maintain a network of clients to exchange best practices in membership events. Participate and lead in-person and virtual member events.

Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent HR qualification 
  • 12-15 years of consulting experience in the following areas: HR operating model design, HR transformation, HR operations, Talent Management
  • Proven track record in business development and consulting or membership program sales
  • Excellent communication, executive presence and interpersonal skills. problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand business issues and deliver client advice
  • Outstanding analytical skills to identify industry trends and support the development of compelling, data-driven research insights
  • Ability to collaborate and lead teams in a global, diverse organisation.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Other European languages (s) German or French desirable
