Requirement:

This European practice is well established across Benchmarking, Transformation and Advisory.
They are now strengthening and building their Benchmarking capability in the UK and across Europe. Working with C-suite executives and multiple functions & industries leadership teams, they design and implement benchmarking engagements /system implementations to deliver World-Class Performance

We are now strengthening and building our Business Transformation capability in the UK and across our European practice.  Working with C-suite executives and SSC leadership teams, we design and implement change/ transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.

Essential:

Senior Managers are transformation professionals who help CHROs identify and implement proven best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They use their extensive understanding of leading performance in the following key areas: (i) Hire to Retire, (ii) Strategic workforce planning, (iii) Payroll, (iv) HR business partnering and (v) transactional HR processes.

Our client’s unrivalled data and intellectual property allows them to engage clients more objectively than any of their competitors.  However, they also need to have the skills and gravitas to support their clients in deploying such solutions on a business-led basis.

Consulting Experience:

  • Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence 
  • Ability to identify and sell on opportunities at existing clients and build strong long-lasting relationships
  • Directing and Leading consulting project teams from planning through to execution
  • Change management experience
  • Possess strong management and leadership skills 
  • Cross-sector / capability awareness
  • UK, International and Global clients

Technical Experience:

  • Viewed as an Expert in HR operating models, Organisational Design, Centres of Excellence, Talent management, Hire to Retire and HR business partners.
  • Viewed as an expert in HR Processes i.e. Hiring, On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Management
  • Solid understanding of HR processes
  • Viewed as an expert in Operating model design and implementation
  • Good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments
  • HR systems deployment experience
  • Broader of business-wide organizational change approach and best practices
  • Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends
  • Good experience using best practice
  • Well-versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle

Technology Experience: SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Service NOW are advantageous but not essential

Language Requirements: Fluency in English
