Our client a world leading Service organisation are expanding their Managing Consulting Business and have a few selected opportunities for individuals with a proven track record in Management Consulting.

15 years of demonstrable experience in Program Management.
Worked with a client at the ‘C-Suite’ level.
Held budgetary responsibility of at least £10m per annum.

Experience in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Automotive, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications; Energy, Manufacturing, Utilities & Retail.
Ability to take end-end ownership and identify and mitigate key challenges.
Alignment of programs and projects with business benefits realisation.
Pro-active versus reactive management style.
Strong customer management skills.

Identify and mitigate customer risks / ability to guide and direct the customer to the correct or desired outcomes / understanding of internal client dynamics.

Strong people management skills with experience in coaching / mentor. Ability to blend the business and technical skills of the program team (client / team / other vendors) to successfully deliver the intended/desired business results.

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Excellent change management skills.

Program Management Framework, MSP, ITIL, Service Management, Service Delivery, Agile, Scrum framework, etc.

Preferably achieved program management accreditation, e.g. MSP Advanced Practitioner, PMI PgMP.
