Our client is a leading service organisation expanding their Management Consultancy business.

They have an opportunity within their Information Management (IM)business unit to grow this with some experience individuals with a proven track recording in Management Consultancy with the following profie:

Main responsiblities would be help grow the IM practice by senior client engagement, working with major client accounts focus on generating business opportunities and stakeholder management.

This person will be responsible for client engagement delivery, team leadership, and participate in practice management and development for the IM consulting practice. 

Essential skills and experience required:

    * Revenue creation in Information Management and relationship building.

    * 5-7 years in Information Management plus 10 years in selling and/or delivery in major consultancy.
    * Background knowledge of related areas such as data warehouse, business intelligence and performance management.

Additional Responsibilities include:

    * Leading large scale business transformation projects
    * Selling large scale business transformation projects
    * Develop market/client winning propositions and account teams

Practice Management & Development:

Lead a subset of the IM practice, focused on IM/Data strategy, Data governance, MDM, ECM, BI or IT performance;
Lead or participate in the development of service offerings;
Lead or participate in staffing and training activities for the practice;
Lead or participate in developing presentations/white papers for conferences / publications (internal and external).

Experience Profile:

 Experience (at least 10 years) of working within a consultancy organisation including client engagements, relationship management and practice leadership;
 Experience of managing and delivering complex IM strategy and governance consulting engagements including IT organisation transformation, IT cost reduction and IT performance improvement;
 Experience in developing & delivering offshore/multi-location;
 Experience of working across a range of industry sectors, preferably including Financial Services and Insurance or Telecoms;
 Experience of working across multiple geographies and working with multi-disciplined and cultural teams;
 Intellectually strong with an excellent academic background;
