The main objective is the development and delivery of consultancy and advisory engagements to their Telecoms clients. 

The role will report directly into the European Head of the Telecom practice. 

Delivery of OSS and BSS Transformation projects is a key skill required for the role.

Onshore / Offshore multi country engagement experience would be an advantage.

 

Main responsibilities for the role are as follows;

 

• Consulting engagement delivery (including team leadership, project administration, client liaison)

• Opportunity identification and development

• Client relationship development

• Delivery of OSS and BSS transformation projects.

• Business transformation, benefits & Change management

• Business advisory SME to key Telecoms clients

• Sales support (pre-sales, proposal development,)

• Practice enhancement (collateral development, thought leadership contributions, knowledge management)

• Leverage of strong Telecoms contact list

 

Key Skills and experience as follow:

• 15+ years experience in the Telecoms sector.

• Track record of delivering at ‘c’ level, major business transformational programs and projects. Including multi vendor management.

• Knowledge of core Telecom/media systems in particular OSS and BSS

• Knowledge of key Telecoms business processes

• Stakeholder management at Director / ‘CxO’ level

• Strategic planning skills

• Business change management

• Effective leadership with results orientation

• Strong relationship skills with proven track record

• Educated to degree level.

 

Available to travel within UK & Europe.
