002210 Consultant / Analysts Transformation required in the UK salary negotiable

Our Client is a leading strategic consultancy and leading enterprise and best practices consulting firm working with global companies.

 

Requirement:

They require Consultants / Analysts to be part of their Transformation Consulting Practice working across Finance Transformation in areas such as Global Business Services/Shared Services and Enterprise Performance Management /Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement projects. The Consultant  / Analyst is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including maintaining and growing client relationships and directing consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. The Consultant whilst consulting experience is not a must, some exposure to Global Business Services/Enterprise Performance Management /Procurement is a positive. The Consultant will get a chance to use their existing business skills in consulting projects and will develop a broader business capability by working with an experienced team, with market-leading IP, across various solutions. Working with the world’s leading companies; across FTSE-100, DAX, CAC etc.

 

Essential:

  • CIMA or ACCA part-qualified or recently qualified.
  • Strong academics, bright, analytical.
  • Fluency in a European languages (French, Dutch, German).
  • To work across Finance Transformation (Global Business Service/Shared Services and Enterprise Performance Management/Financial Planning & Analysis), and Procurement projects
  • Regularly deepens knowledge and skills speciality in delivery areas.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement.

 

Job Purpose and primary objectives:

Help grow and develop the Practice through contribution in Financial Transformation and Consulting assignments.

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Consultant with Clients in Financial Transformation (GBS/Shared Services and EPM/FP&A).
  2. Help grow and develop Financial Transformation business within Transformation Practice.
  3. Help develop market/client winning propositions within the Practice.
  4. Help in large scale Financial Transformation projects.
  5. Help to create opportunities for Financial Transformation.
  6. Use business skills and experience in large scale Financial Transformation projects.

 

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Financial Transformation sector and clients Large scale Financial Transformation at C suite level.

Viewed as a knowledgeable in (HR, Finance, IT, procurement) Transformation at business level

 

Experience required:

Min. 1 years in major Financial Transformation including 3 years in business or in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a Analyst role. Individuals who are highly numerate, have strong Excel modelling skills and are commercially astute.
