They require Senior Managers to be part of their Transformation Management Consulting Practice focus on Cost Transformation / Cost Leadership. The Transformation Senior Manager is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including maintaining and growing client relationships and directing consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. The Senior Manager is well versed in business transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Senior Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities at existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with current clients. A Senior Manager must possess strong management skills, and significantly contribute to sales opportunities and delivery of transformation initiatives.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in Cost Transformation / Cost Leadership and relationship building.

Cost Transformation / Cost Leadership sector and clients Large scale Cost Transformation / Cost Leadership at C suite level.
Viewed as a subject matter expert in (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement) Transformation at expert level
Experience required:
Min. 8 years in major Global Business Service \ Shared Service including 10 years in selling and delivery consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role. Individuals who are highly numerate, have strong Excel modelling skills and are commercially astute.
