Requirement:
They require Consulting Manager to be part of their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation Practice they are industry leader in developing and implementing strategic solutions for the Finance function that enable the function to improve decision- making capabilities, increase productivity and provide a platform for increased growth of the business.
The Consulting Manager is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including maintaining and growing client relationships and directing consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution. The primary offerings of this practice area are: EPM Strategy, EPM Transformation, EPM Center of Excellence/Delivery Model and Finance Technology. The Consulting Manager is well versed in business transformation and is responsible for knowledge capital development. The Consulting Manager should be skilled in identifying follow-on opportunities at existing clients and should have the ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with current clients. A Consulting Manager must possess leadership skills, and significantly contribute to opportunities and delivery of transformation initiatives.

Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Help grow and develop the Practice through revenue creation in EPM Transformation and relationship building.
Key responsibilities:
Key Skills\Knowledge:
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation sector and clients Large scale EPM Transformation at C suite level.
Viewed as a subject matter expert in areas such as (Digital, HR, Finance, IT) Transformation at expert level
Analytic specialist competencies:
• Have a strategic awareness of Advanced Analytic techniques (e.g. machine learning, neural networks or time series analysis) sufficient to articulate the art of the possible to clients and identify opportunities to engage Analytics Lab.
• Work on engagements as client-facing liaison with Data Scientists in Analytic Lab, to deliver client analytic use cases.
• Develop skills in data preparation, model development and translation of messaging to a business audience.
• Develop points of view of emerging practices around organisational strategies for deploying advanced analytic techniques.
Experience required:
Min. 5 years in major Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Transformation including 5-10 years in consultancy in a consulting firm or Professional Services organisation in a leadership role.
